Tentative Schedule of Events

***This schedule is tentative and is subject to change based on the amount of communities that participate this year​***
 

As of this year, PARATHOSI will take place on January 20th, at Long Island Marriott in
Uniondale. The PARATHOSI Awards Glendi will be held the evening of the 20th, following the
conclusion of the performances.


Sat. January 20th, 2024

 

  • 7:00 a.m. Participant Registration

  • 8:30 a.m. Welcome & Opening Ceremonies

  • 9:00 – 12: 00 a.m. 1ST Group of Performances

  • 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Break for Lunch (Food will be available throughout the day via Marriott’s Restaurant)

  • 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. 2nd Group of Performances

  • 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Break/Dinner Preparations

  • 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Cocktail Hour

  • 7:00 – 11:30 p.m. Dinner/Awards Glendi
